Itinerary
Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be welcomed by your expedition team. Transfer to the hotel for check-in and rest. In the evening, a briefing session about the upcoming expedition will take place.
Take the day to finalize your gear, paperwork, and permits. Explore some of Kathmandu’s UNESCO World Heritage sites like Swayambhunath, Pashupatinath, and Boudhanath. Prepare mentally and physically for the expedition ahead.
Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla, the starting point of the trek. Begin your trek through the Dudh Kosi Valley, crossing suspension bridges and trekking through villages to reach Phakding.
Today, you’ll hike up to the bustling town of Namche Bazaar, a key stop for trekkers and mountaineers. The trek is challenging but offers beautiful views of Everest, Lhotse, and other peaks along the way.
Spend the day in Namche Bazaar to adjust to the altitude. You can visit the local museum, hike to the Everest Viewpoint, or simply rest to prepare for the higher altitude treks ahead.
Leaving Namche, trek towards Tengboche. This day includes a gentle ascent through forested areas, with stunning views of Everest and Ama Dablam. Reach the famous Tengboche Monastery, known for its spiritual significance.
Continue trekking to Dingboche, a small Sherpa village. The trek is scenic, offering views of several peaks, including Lhotse and Makalu. Acclimatize and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
Take a rest day in Dingboche to acclimatize. You can take short hikes to higher altitudes, such as Nangkartshang Peak, for stunning views of the surrounding peaks and the Imja Valley.
Trek towards Lobuche, following the path through alpine terrain. The trek provides spectacular views of Mount Pumori, Khumbu Glacier, and other neighboring peaks. The altitude will begin to affect your stamina, so take it slow.
Begin the final leg of the trek to Gorak Shep, then continue to Mount Pumori’s Base Camp. The Base Camp offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, including Everest.
Over the course of these days, you will make summit attempts and set up camps at higher altitudes. The climb involves traversing the technical southeast ridge, including challenging ice slopes. Acclimatization, rest, and preparation will be key during this period.
After the summit attempt, trek back down to Gorak Shep. This descent allows your body to recover from the high-altitude stress.
Continue your descent through the Khumbu Valley, retracing your steps back towards Dingboche. Take your time to appreciate the beauty of the valley and surrounding peaks.
Trek further down to Namche Bazaar, where you can rest and relax after the challenging ascent. Enjoy the lively village atmosphere before heading back to Lukla.
Today, trek back to Lukla, where you can rest and prepare for the flight back to Kathmandu.
Catch a flight back to Kathmandu from Lukla. Once in Kathmandu, enjoy a relaxing day to recover from your journey. You may have time to explore more of the city or shop for souvenirs.
After a fulfilling expedition, the team will assist with your departure arrangements. You will be transferred to Tribhuvan International Airport for your flight back home.
This itinerary is adjustable depending on the team’s progress and acclimatization needs during the expedition.

SERVICE IN KATHMANDU
- Airport Pick-up and Drop-off service in a private tourist vehicle.
- 5 night’s accommodation in Kathmandu in a 4 star hotel including breakfast on twin sharing basis.

BASE CAMP SERVICE
- Base Camp Accommodation with an individual sleeping tent with mattress.
- Base Camp service (shared with the group) includes a kitchen tent with the cook, kitchen boy, dining tent with tables and chairs, shower tent, toilet tent, storage tent, gas heater,etc.
- EPI gas and High altitude foods during the climb having high calories.
- First aid kit.
EXPEDITION SERVICE
- 3 Supplementary Oxygen for Climber and 1for Climbing Sherpa including mask and regulator.
- One climbing Sherpa for one climbing member during the climb.
- Sagarmatha National Park permit, Khumbu Permit, Climbing Permit and Royalty and all costs related to permits.
- Sherpa's remuneration and load-bearing bonus (this bonus does not include the summit bonus)
- Climbing equipment, transportation, lodging, food, and salaries for Sherpas and staff are provided.
- The expenses of Insurance for Sherpa, trekking guide and porters and salary for all staffs. (includes Heli evacuation for Sherpa)
- All the expenses of Liaison officer including wages, gears and equipment.
- Walkie-Talkie and Satellite Phone (Charges Per Call).
- Rope fixing charge and Applicable local and government taxes.

- International airfare to and from Kathmandu and Nepal Visa Fees.
