Da Gelje Sherpa (Dawa) is Expedition Himalaya’s, Expedition Director. He is a renowned Himalayan explorer, mountaineer and expedition organizer as well as a successful entrepreneur. He was born in Solu-Khumbu, in the foothills of the world's highest peak, Sagarmatha (Mount Everest).

Ian has 30 years of experience helping organizations address their strategic challenges. He started his career with Price Waterhouse and following his MBA moved on to hold Partner roles in several well-known strategy and growth advisory firms. He has worked extensively in Europe, the USA, Gulf, and Asia and worked in 30 different industry.
