Pasang Nuru Sherpa is the General Manager of ExpeditionHimalaya.com. He is a successful entrepreneur, a Himalayan adventurer, mountaineer, and expedition operator. He was born and raised in Lokhim-9, Solukhumbu and is currently 31 years old. Pasang has over ten years of experience in managing trekking, touring, and high-altitude expeditions. He has extensive knowledge of operational management in the travel industry.
In addition to managing, Pasang is also an experienced mountaineer and has trekked to the majority of Nepal's trekking locations. He has successfully climbed several summits, including Mera Peak at 6476 m, Cholatse at 6464 m, and Island Peak at 6160 m. He has also worked as a Sirdar in Himlung Himal at 7122 m. Pasang has participated in various training programs, such as Introductory Rock Climbing, Basic First Aid, Trekking Guide Training, Trekking Guide Instructor, Map and Navigation. He has competent rope skills with knowledge of multiple knots and a rescue system.

Prior to joining ExpeditionHimalaya.com, Pasang worked as the Director of Device Travel, a leading air ticketing firm in Nepal. This experience has given him a thorough understanding of the administration and management of the travel industry. Pasang obtained his education from Everest Boarding School and White Field College, where he completed his main level SLC and high school respectively. He also holds a Bachelor of Mountaineering Studies (BMS) with First Division from Nepal Mountain Academy, affiliated with Tribhuvan University.
